Timing 
We make every effort to accommodate your last-minute gift-giving requests. During the December holidays, 
however, we may require several days to design and deliver your gift.

Products and Substitutions 
Due to certain supply limits and seasonal availability, 
we may design your gift with alternative products of equal or greater value and quality. 

Corporate and Business Accounts 
We would be happy to assist you with a custom and personalized gift for any event.

Delivery and Shipping 
We hand-deliver within Santa Fe Monday through Saturday; call by 1 p.m. to ensure same-day delivery. 
We also deliver to Albuquerque and Los Alamos Monday through Friday. We ship UPS ground. 
Fed Ex overnight, second-day, or third-day guaranteed delivery is also available at an additional charge; 
we would also be happy to ship via Fed Ex using your account number. 
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided to us; if we have to attempt a second delivery, 
additional charges will be added. An additional $5.00 is charged for all gifts going to P.O. boxes.
